Mike Fitterling just checked in :~)

>Just got off the phone with Mike. He, his wife and two children are fine. :~) Unfortunatly it sounds like his home suffured some serious structrual damage. Veranda roof is now in his backyard, and the house roof lifted several inches.

His shop recieved only minor damage. :~)

Still has no power to his house, but does in shop, so he has a place to get some AC.

Has trees down and live wires on the ground under the roof in his backyard.

Said he might be able to post around Wednesday at the earliest, but probably won't get to it until Saturday.

I offered to come down to assist him in any way that I could, but he declined for now as he said he is just kinda' plugging away at what he can do. Said he'd give me a shout if he needed an extra hand tho.

So the good news is that they escaped with their lives and no injuries. :~)

>Thanks for the news, Todd. I'm not going to say it's good news, but it could have been a lot worse. Good to hear that Mike's safe.

>I guess I should have made that clear in my "Fantastic!!!" post. My reaction was to his safety and that of his family.

I hope nobody misunderstood.
