Maybe you'll make next a laminated plane with abutments; with such work it should be very nice indeed.

That may have happened because I spotted and placed the pin after I glued everything up. I should've drilled for the pin before that. Oh well, live, screw-up, learn, make the same mistake a few more times and eventually learn to work around it.

Good looking tool aver all, better than I've done, after you make about 10 more and finally get your wedge probelem solved it'll be even better looking. You'll love having a scrub around 'cause if nothing else they're just plane fun! Congrats on MAKING a functional tool.
