>Does anyone know if the Old Tool Shop in Marietta, Ohio, is still there? I'm visiting in Ohio next week and I'd like to swing that way if it is.

>I live about 50 miles from Marrietta but the last time I was in the Old Tool Shop was about four months ago. John said he would be open a lot more this summer at that time. It's a great place to stop and visit.

>Thanks, Philip. It's not much out of our way, so I'm going to give it a shot. Sounds like it will be a good time, for me, at least. Any wife-type stores nearby?

>I just got this message from the owner of the store:

I am moving and will not have the new shop open for a few months. Sincerely, John

Oh, well. That will give him some time to get more stuff that I really "need."

>Don't know about the Tool Shop, but the wife might like to see the Fenton Glass shop just a few miles away on the West Virginia side of the Ohio River.

>Sounds good. Gotta keep her happy too. The Fiestaware factory tour and the outlet in WV was a big hit. Maybe that would be another. Thanks for the tip.
