Oh the possibilities...

Mike Schwing from Maryland

>...so Mrs. Schwingding is vacationing in Maine at our family summer home in Rockland, and she wants to know what to bring me back home... I didn't go this year (long story).

I said..."honey, remember that nice little hand tool factory we went to last year? (Lee Nielsen -not far at all from our home)..just about anything from there would be nice." She replied "oh yeah, the place where that nice man (Tom) was sharpening things by hand?"

Me: "Yeah, thats the place. Maybe a nice new number 8 would be nice, or the large shoulder plane?"

Her: "How about a T-shirt?"

But the other thing I'd really want - a plate full of fried scallops from Moody's, won't keep that long...oh well..

Snow Globes make a nice souvenir

>I was just in Warren Maine and got a 4.5 corregated smoother as a momento for my trip...but if she's not up for that I saw plenty of snow globes with a plastic lobster in them.
