Moses Yoder in White Pigeon, MI

>After removing all the tools from every little nook and cranny behind my workbench and several other areas of the shop about 6 weeks ago I now have access to my bench once again, a pretty good feeling. And I no longer have tools piled on top of each other all over the shop. I think I have hit a plateau somewhere in the slope, as I decided today that if I think I need more tools I am truly insane and will commit myself into the hospital, so I have decided I don't need any more tools. I did decide to focus my collecting on planes, and am committed to chasing one #4 and #604 of each type, and then moving on to #5's maybe, should provide plenty of entertainment and also education in the tool arena without driving me and dearest Megan both over the edge. Tools in buckets around here at auctions generally sell for a couple dollars, but it seriously is mostly junk, but too good to throw away. I noticed on the bay today a guy is selling parts by the pound; if anyone is interested in buying scrap metal by the pound and paying shipping, let me know ;) (meant as a joke) A very pleasant weekend overall, weather is good, a reasonably clean shop, some firewood to cut this week and a walnut tree to cut down that will have a few nice logs I think I can get cut with a steam powered saw in August, and vacation up north for a week next week to look forward to.
