>This is a nice day to study tools. Has anyone done a type study of #66 beaders? According to Sellens, they were in prod from 1886 to 1941. Here are three from my small collection.

1. Japaned, Stanley No66/PAT FEB 9.86 on smoothe handles

2. Nickel plated, raised grip handles; Stanley No66.PAT'D Feb.9.86 on top of throat.

3. Nickel plated, STANLEY.No 66 on top of throat.

>so, where's the blades??? :-) I've got sort of the same set of 66's one with straight & curved fences , one with a straight, and one naked. 3 original blades, and a set I picked up aftermarket that are a little thin.....so I ask again....where's the blades! Just joking, I know your time now is more limited but if you fabricate a set let me know.
