Is there a particular tool that makes your finger sore? If so, maybe there's something you can do to help you use that tool without discomfort.

>Jim, if you've spoken to your doctor and it really is arthritis, you want to look at a book called "The Arthritis Cure."
It suggests a number of steps that you can do to help your condition. They include supplements like glucosamine and chondroitane.
None of these is a cure-all, but they're a good starting point. And the sooner you start, the better off you'll be.
Whatever, talk to your doctor, read the book(and honest, it's not some lighweight holistic healing thing that has no backup or scientific background), and get started on managing whatever joint pain you've got now.
The sooner you get on top of stuff like this, the better off you'll be.
