help identifying infill smoother

>I've had this plane for a while now... it's missing the lever cap, and the tote had been replaced with something hacked off of a bailey plane. The sole is salvageable, the front bun is in pretty fair shape, has a Wards iron, and the chipbreaker is stamped Samuel Newbould.
Any ideas on what it is? I haven't a clue, I'm not knowledgeable in old infill planes. It looks like it was a classy unit at one time, though... I might rebuild it some day.
Anyhow, I'm just curious if anybody can identify it's maker for me - I've seen there are more than a few here who have some knowledge on these things. Sorry for the picture quality.
TIA
