>Another tool in the odds and ends box I bought at the auction yesterday. I have no idea what it is. Spring loaded handles squeeze together, causing round edged bar to make oblong hole slightly smaller.
"P.W.A. 1937-20-1-B" stamped on stationary handle.
"P.W.A. 1937-20-3-B" stamped on other handle.
