>Thomas I'm not aware of anything specifically for chisels out there. I myself was looking for some infor a while back on the T.H. Witherby Company and had little luck other than information from those who had some knowledge of the company. Garrett Hack's book on old hand tools has a little bit of information. If you post a particular question as to what you are looking for you may find what you need here.
Also it seems to me a website on chisels would be a great undertaking so maybe you ought to start researching and make many of us with similar questions happy.
Good luck and if you have any particulars about chisels feel free to ask. I have a lot of them and have tried many in search of the holy grail of chisels. I am a real fan of old chisels and use Witherby's and P.S.&W. chisels a good bit as well as Stanley and Swan. Others on this site do as well.
