Bandsaw fence

>I have a brand new shiny Jet 16" Bandsaw in my garage er.. Wood shop.
I did get it at a steal but no fence.
what are some good Bandsaw fences?
anyone know where there is any good plans for a fence?
maybe a Table extension?
I plan on using this as more of my go to tool, especially as my TS will be in for repairs.
I want to rip, resaw and cross cut solid stock. any suggestions on Blades as well will be welcome.
