Saw Handle is Good to Go

>As you may remeber a day or so ago I posted about breaking the handle on my Atkin one-man crosscut and was feeling quite sad about it. Well, the good news is that the glue-up job came out pretty darn well, with anly a small ridge between the pieces to indicate that it was repaired. I used it for 3 hours this afternoon and it held together just fine.
I ahte to break old tools, especially by doing something stupid like I did, but I guess that's the way it goes sometimes eh? I suppose had the original owner broken it he's never had thought twice about it and either glued it back together or replaced it. Perhaps we get a bit to "sentimantal" over old tools a times, but I look at it as being a Steward of them, and yes, I suppose even so damage from time to time is enevitable.

I do hope that my next plumbing job turns into a disaster like they usually do tho, just in case.
