Tool Cabinet with Saw Till

>OK, Guys!
Here's the updated design. In this one you can see how the saw till will hang.
The cabinet is roughly 18" wide, 16" deep, and 48" high. There will be a door with tool storage within its lipped frame. The drawers run the full depth of the cabinet. I will devise storage for planes behind the till above the shelf over the top drawer. The drawers are 2", 3" and 5" deep.
