WC Message Board Help...please

>Well, I need to do something. I just clicked on a message...........and all I see is a blank white "panel with the maroon WC index on the left side. This has been going on for weeks. It does not happen with most posts. Someone offlist suggested it was maybe a problem w/ users who had Linux systems, but that's not the case. This problem only happens for me on WC.....and not other boards.
