Just found one of their 24" Rip saws with a Pat'd date of Dec 27,1887

Google didn't yeild much other then a Charm and 20th Century Saws.

>You could also track down "The Handsaw Catalog Collection" by the Astragal Press. It is a reprint of four saw company catalogs: E.C. Atkins from 1919; Henry Disston & Sons from 1918; Simmonds Mfg. Co. 1910; and Spear and Jackson 1915. Or, give us a little more info like model number, number of screws, skew back or straight, etc., and we can look it up for you.
