I just might have a keeper

Matt Berry in MI

>My wife called me up yesterday, because she was all excited about something she had found and bought for me. So after asking what she had "found", she tells me that she had bought me four new wooden moulding planes, mostly complex ogee profiles. She also said they had some hand planes but none of them matched my descriptions, so she didn't buy any of them. Overall I think she did real good.

>Yup, she's a keeper.

Now, next time you're in town, look around for something she wants. You'll both enjoy each other for a long time to come.

>Yup she is a sweetie. My wife would never go to a sale if I wasn't with her. Take her out some where special.

>Sounds like a keeper to me too.

Mine went to see my woodworking instructor to see what he would recommend in the way of weekend woodworking courses for me and then bought me a real nice paring chisel and a LN scraper plane but she still asks if I really need all of those planes...

>There was a time that she use to complain about me getting another plane or my wood. She now apreciates wood and can actually name whatever I show her. She quickly despises the fake furniture or flooring at stores, and loves to go out hunting for old tools. Yup I've got her trained ;)
