Please Help ID an Old Spoke Shave

I found an old spoke shave. Please look at my photo. The manufacturer's name is in tiny worn letters (on the underside of the wood in the middle above the blade) I think its about 7 (upper-case) letters long perhaps ending in ATEE or maybe STER. Can anyone tell me the name of the company?
