Not quite MWTCA, but the Tool Group Of Canada meets regularly at Black Creek Pioneer Village (northwest part of Toronto).
Our next meeting is April 3rd. I don't recall the topic or who the guest speaker is offhand. The Tools Of The Trade sale will be in Pickering on April 4th. It's the best (only?) antique tool sale in Ontario. Email me if you want contact details etc.
