Stand alone is definitely superior, but probably a lot more costly.

>Oops, meant to add that community colleges often have great woodworking facilities and insurance, ACC sure does, they may be a real good group to approach about Saturday afternoon/Sunday class space. And/or teach as part of their part time staff.
