>Hey, replace the broken handle and the broken blade and you'd have a nice saw.
That one got me laughing.
Jack from Maine
>I've got an old truck that's worth buyin. Just a broken motor and broken body. But hey! It's good for display(that display line is what got me laughing). I like it when I run into humor on ebay.---Jack

>Sounds like you been there and done that! First veneer log I ever bought and sawed to get some really wide boards yielded 1 sappy board, then one good board and then we hit decay to the middle. Not a hint from the bark.

>Totally absurd. I pay about $1.65 a bf for rough sawn, kiln dried log run walnut, and don't pay anything for empty space that used to be wood, etc.. There sure are a lot of guys out there who mistakenly think that all that glitters is gold, and I've run into more than my share of them. I have learned that it is almost universally unwise to even talk to someone who has a walnut tree for sale, because they often get really defensive, more often offensive, or even go balistic, when you try to explain to them how little it is really worth.
