Adjusting wheel on No. 8

>I've got a user-grade low-knob No. 8, that's been a good tool, except it's got this wee little iron adjusting knob. I was thinking I might put on a larger one, if I can scrounge one up. I know the thread pitch changes directions somewhere in there. Anything else to watch for?

>If you can figure out the thread and direction, I may have an adjuster that would work. I have a couple laying around in the parts bin.
