Cabinet and Stand: Stand Progress Pics

>Last night, I �finished� the major work on the stand for the stand & display cabinet I�m building. I�ve been working on this project on and off for about 8 months so far (3 months of that was spent w/o a workshop during a move, so really only 5 �working� months, but still). Obviously, I�ve a ways to go...
The stand is mostly maple - the panels are hard maple and the legs soft. The cabinet will be birch.
The stand will have 5 drawers (three smallish drawers on top of two larger drawers), which I haven�t started yet; the cabinet will have two drawers hidden behind a panel on the lower part of the door (the upper part will be glass).
The next element of the project is to relearn cutting dovetails � it�s been a while and I�m sure to be rusty (and I was never very good), so I�m going to practice on scrap wood first.
The following composite picture shows the sketch for the cabinet and stand, and three views of the stand. Clockwise from the sketch: The left side and front, the front from above, and the back (with some of the left side). So far the panels are finished with shellac and wax, and runners with wax, and the rest is still unfinished (but will be finished with wax over shellac, like the panels).
