Japanese saw recommendation for Bill Tindall *LINK*

>Bill, for general tasks not requiring rip cutting I'd recommend the LV Professional Dozuki, which is good for dovetails as well, even though it's not rip.
For general tasks requiring both rip and crosscut but not dovetails (can be easily done but not nearly as well as with a dozuki), why not get a ryoba?
A lot of people recommend the zeta saw from Tashiro, for which different handles are available, very cheap, too. I haven't used these.
