House of Tools (a national chain) also carries Pfiel gouges, but I don't know about shipping to The States.

House of Tools' prices on Pfeil tools appears to be quite a bit higher than KMS Tools. When it comes time to get a few more carving tools I'll have to compare the Pfeil from KMS with Stubai from Jacques Coulombe.
