Small router stuff from Lee Valley

Hurrah! I knew that Lee Valley would eventually produce accessories for small routers. I just ordered the base plate and ring nut. I'll see if they can be used with my PorterCable set of template guides or if I need to purchase a set of Veritas template guides. It will be really nice to be able to use the small router on small items rather than the large one.

Could you post a little more info? I went to Lee Valley and rummaged around a bit but did not find it.

Barry, Johanna may be talking about LV's line of accessories for their "Plane Base for Rotary Tools" which lets you use a Dremel or similar gadget as a router. I use it for inlay work - bee's knees.

These days , if you want to find something on the LeeValley's new cluster hug of a website, you have a better chance using Google instead.
For example " Veritas table for compact, (trim to you and me) routers" will bring you to their site; scroll the bottom to " related products. "
Just be careful you don't end up in their kitchenware section.
