I've never used that brand, but any hot hide glue or liquid hide glue would be appropriate for restoration of a piece of fine antique furniture like a machinist's chest. If you want to use a liquid hide glue for longer open time, I prefer Old Brown Glue. $8 directly from Patrick Edwards. There are lots of discussions on hide glue in the archives.

I used Elmer's yellow. It worked out fine for me.
