It'll work, with some limitations. It is not a multipurpose tooth design, and therefore will perform very poorly for rip cuts. Also, the 5° hook angle is specifically chosen for radial arm saws and for cutting on the pull stroke on miter saws, to minimize the tendency of the blade to climb into the wood and stall the blade. This means it will cut slower on a table saw crosscut, with possibly more heat.

The 5/8" arbor diameter is correct for a table saw, chop saw and RAS blade. Don't read the Amazon customer answers to the first question. They are mostly misleading, and some are just wrong.

My Makita CMS has a label right on it not to cut on a pull stroke, but to cut on the push stroke, unlike a RAS. Probably to prevent blade climb, but I have seem to obtain a cleaner cut that way. IMO

It is my understanding that radial arm saws use a blade with a negative hook tooth. John b.

Mine arrived yesterday, and I mounted it on my table saw to try today. Both ripping and crosscutting are smooth and effortless. It cuts so easily and smoothly that you hardly know it's working at all. Very pleased.
