Wondering if anyone might have one if the above? I would like to have some stencils cut for painting a name on a bike frame.

Sorry. 35 years ago I had unfettered use of an old-school stencil cutter in the USAF. But, I do believe that if you find some local company offering vinyl signs and the like you could have them make a product for you -- simply use the negative portion rather than the positive as most customers would. Just tell them what you want and their equipment could surely produce it.

Often I have printed a desired font to a needed size in a word processing program, taped pages together, cut out the letters with a sharp blade, then traced the remaining negative outline with a .5mm pencil and painted.
