Further on Painting Kitchen Cabinet Doors

I've posted about this in the past and I am only now beginning to build the doors. This time it's for me but I want the result to be just as good if it were for one of my customers. I am going to use SW urethane based paint. Spraying paint for cabinet work is something I've not done before, but my commander in chief wants this paint. So here are the things I would appreciate help with -
1) If I brush it on, will adding Floetrol really make a big enough impact on making the surface look as if it were sprayed on?
2) In the past I had asked for spray rig recommendations but I don't remember what they were, would you mind stating them again. I would like to spend no more than $600-$750 if that will get me a good rig, which I guess would be an airless unit. I don't think it will get much use after this, so a reasonable set-up is what I am after.
3) Overall what are the thoughts on brush/roller versus using an airless sprayer?
