My wife got me a stand to go with my 12" DeWalt CMS. The stand is also by DeWalt, but I don't know the price. the DeWalt stand is excellent.

I bought the Rigid last year on Black Friday. They offered it at $100 for a few years now during Black Friday. I like the way it supports the saw and the extensions are easy to get in and out. I leave my saw on it all the time and park it against a wall for storage when not in use.

I always wanted a good one but couldn't justify the expense so I built one. I used a 2"x12" for the table and built up the sides to support stock. I place it on sawhorses when outdoors or place it on a bench in the shop.

Lowes had the Dewalt aluminum stand on sale when I started the interior finishing work on my shop building. Mounted my Makita LS 1211 on a piece of 3/4 ply to attach.

Worked great saved much effort in handling lumber. Portable to take to the kids' houses when in demand Beats the snot out of a couple of sawhorses!

$200 at Lowes although I got mine at $150.

That is probably the way I'd go again. I built mine along with the almost-identical router table on casters and at exactly the same height as my workbench and Robland combination machine so that, in a pinch, all of them could be used as extensions or work supports for each other. I settled on 34" as the proper height since that is what the Robland is and it is the one that couldn't be changed. The DeWalt miter saw sits on the stand restrained only by wooden pegs (it is heavy enough that bolting it down would be pointless -- gravity does quite well) and it can be removed in a minute. With the router table slipping the fence off does the job. In a shop in a one-car garage things can get very tight very quickly and wheels and storage are the thing.

I also have the Ridgid, bought maybe 5 years ago to support a Bosch glide SCMS. It's excellent, especially if you need to move the saw on occasion.

I took an old gas grill and removed the fire box and the control panel. Used some plywood and 2x4s (as spacers) to make a table top same height as my table saw, so it could double as a narrow outfeed table. I got some sturdier wheels at harbor freight to replace the hollow plastic wheels.

When I got a DeWalt CMS, I mounted it on this table. Used plywood to make some blocks on either side to support the stock. I also have a workmate and I made a spacer that clamps to the work surface of the workmate to to be the right height to support long stock.

I lost my portable outfeed table, but I now have a 7' long roubo style bench that can serve that need. Very sturdy as an outfeed table.

Is a nice thing. I have a lower cabinet on my wall that I place the CMS on when it is in my shop - but I often use the CMS in my garage to "break down" the larger pieces of lumber before storing them in the rack in my shop (and soon to be the rack in my shed).

I also have a LOT of baseboards to do - so portability is an issue for that. I would prefer to do that nearer to where the baseboard will be installed.

I have one similar to the one linked below. The one in the link is newer, as I've had mine for probably 12-15 years, and it has some updates on it. Mine folds up and rolls with the saw on it, but it has to be held low to roll it. The wheels seem positioned to roll it around a little by lifting one end while fully set up. Also, I think at least one of the wheels is now broken (they are 5-spoke plastic and fairly thin). I don't use it much anymore because I haven't used that saw much in the last several years (no longer a contractor).

JL here are pics of two "stands" that I built 25 or so years ago. The first one is more portable that I used for cutting interior trim and exterior log siding. Those metal objects are joist fasteners. The 2x6 is 8 feet long but you could make it shorter to fit your needs.

The stand I use in my shop is not really portable although it is on wheels and will roll around on a smooth concrete floor.

I built this stand when the only tools I had were a portable contractors saw, a biscuit joiner, and a router. The SCMS sits on a rather clever assembly that is portable (if you have a strong back). The extension wings detach and fit inside the box.

Bosch also makes a portable SCMS stand but I was surprised how expensive it is.
