I'm looking for a Mobile base like the Wen MB500 Heavy Duty 500 -Pound Capacity or the Bora Portamate PM-2500 for a Rikon 10-326 Bandsaw. Any Thoughts?

Personally I'm not a fan of either. At one time I had the lighter weight version of the Portamate and thought it was rather flimsy. I have the Shop Fox D2057A. https://www.amazon.com/Shop-Fox-D2057A-Adjustable-Mobile/dp/B0000DD6B9/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=shop+fox+mobile+bases&qid=1572559315&sr=8-4 , under my table saw and am extremely pleased with it. Solid as a tank and only $10 or so more dollars than the ones you're looking at.

I have a Rockler mobile base on my 10-345 18" bandsaw. Works great - though I really don't move it much. I have pieces of red oak for the side boards.
I have a General International mobile base for my cabinet saw. That works good also.

It has been a few years since I installed a mobile base under that particular bandsaw, and I don't remember the details, so instead, I will give you some general recommendations on mobile bases. When searching for a mobile base, the first requirement is that the base of the machine fits inside the mobile base, and doesn't fall through. If the machine's base is a little too small, wooden blocks can be added at the corners to keep the machine from sliding around and falling through.
In general, the plastic locking levers on "universal" mobile bases are often flimsy and have a tendency to break when stepped on.
The smaller the wheels, the more likely the base is to hang up on a wood chip on the floor of your shop. Band saws are excellent at creating the perfect size and shape offcut to bring your base immediately to a full stop. Bandsaws have small bases, are tall and it is easy to balance long and/or wide stock on them, so they are relatively easy to tip over.
The best mobile base I've ever used, by far, is the hydraulic base made for the Industrial SawStop.
Next best are the bases built into some Powermatic machines. I doubt those will help you. 
If you can find one that fits your machine, the welded steel Delta bases are quite competent.
Shop Fox makes a sturdy universal mobile base with large, heavy-duty locking casters. Some assembly required.

Rockler has a mobile base KIT, that should fit your needs it has a 600 LB rating - you provide the hardwood stretchers so make it any dimension you need. I have 2 or three under items in my shop.
