Arbor Brand Woodworking Machines

Good Morning All,
Does anyone have any experience with Arbor brand equipment? I have a chance to buy an Arbor 12" jointer/planer for an attractive price. It appears to be in good condition from the pictures I've seen. Of course, I'd do my due diligence and inspect it thoroughly before buying it. The only information I've found indicated that it's Italian-built. Any experience/thoughts?

My minimax s45 bandsaw is made by arbor. served me well for 30 years. Seems like none of the italian tools are poorly made, some are nicer than others but all are servicable.

Thanks, Tom.. I missed out on this one, it was sold by the time I was able to talk to the guy. I'll keep looking.
