OT- Podcasts?

So not having ventured into podcasts I have some questions. Do I need a special app? I have read, a little bit, and it talked about an app being able to keep podcasts in order?

I'm not a master, but on my Android phone I have an app (not sure how you would do this without one). I asked my kids, and one suggested the one he uses - Podcast Addict (BTW this is my method for all my app choices). I downloaded it a year or two ago and continue to use it occasionally - I'm not a heavy user.
If I can figure it out, you can too! If you have trouble, ask a millennial to teen in your life, they'll know.
