I have a Bosch 12 volt drill and impact driver and I like them. Have been using them for years. Small, handy, and powerful. Very useful in the shop. I know there are bigger and more powerful ones, but these have been good for me.
They are on sale at Lowe's for $129 for both, two batteries and a charger. I'm sure I paid more than that for mine. In fact, mine were stolen and I paid more than that for the second set. If you are in the market, check them out.

That’s the kind of thing I buy on Black Friday. I paid $99 for a Makita 12 V drill and impact driver set in a metal case at Home Depot Black Friday. Lithium batteries are great.
This seems to be a Bosch thing, not exclusively a Lowe's thing, as Amazon has dropped prices on some Bosch 12V stuff and has a 15% off coupon on others. YMMV, but check your favorite supplier.
I have and use Bosch corded tools as they are my preference, but I decided to limit my battery-powered stuff to the Rigid stuff from the Borg. Reason being the cost to replace batteries. Comes time for new batteries, it's usually cheaper just to buy a whole new tool set. Why should I throw away a perfectly good "bare" tool? With Rigid, the batteries are guaranteed for "life"; they don't hold a charge, etc. Emerson simply replaces them no cost to me.
Is a Bosch drill better than the Rigid? Sure. Same for Festool. But free replacement batteries makes the economics a "no contest" for me.
I also thought the Rigid would be a great deal due to the battery replacement warranty. Boy was I mistaken!
A few years ago Home Depot had a great sale on the Rigid tool line so I purchased 2 large kits and an extra high cap battery. As I remember the total cost was somewhere over $300.
I attempted to register the tools/batteries, following all their requirements, and after a few MONTHS (not weeks), I finally got it done.
All good right! Nope, I finally had all the batteries worn out to the point 2 or 3 wouldn't charge at all and the rest wouldn't hold charge.
Using the internet, I found I would have to take them to either a Rigid service center or a (rare) Home Depot store that rented tools, to have them tested before they would repair or replace the batteries.
All the listed places were around 50 mile or so from my home.
So I contacted the Lafayette IN. Home Depot to see if they could help me. The customer rep was very nice and said they would sent them in for me and take care of everything. But I needed to take the chargers, batteries and tools to the store.
So I drove the 20 mile to Lafayette and delivered the package.
Still not too annoyed. But I waited about 6 weeks with no word, so called HD and asked what the problem was.
They told me they had no record of sending the tools out and didn't have them! The Rep had quit the store and moved to Alaska. I raised a little ruckus at that point and the next day or so they found the tools in the warehouse, but said they couldn't send the batteries to the service center and I needed to pick them up.
After a lengthy, somewhat heated talk with the store manager, they said they would give me credit for replacing the tools with a new set. At that point I wanted nothing to do with Rigid so traded them in on a set of Milwaukee tools.
I will NEVER buy another tool or device with the name RIGID!
I have found that Batteries Plus will rebuild the battery packs for a reasonable price, and the ones I have had done are better and longer lasting then the originals.
Fortunately, I only use the bunch of Ridgid tools I bought because of the Home Depot battery deal occasionally when using a corded tool would be difficult.
