Ebay and google to find something that's the spec you want. It'll be miles cheaper than going through a supplier of woodworking tools.

I don't generally use dust collection, but once in a while I use a thickness planer and only have a shop vac (it's not up to it). I've changed over to using a leaf blower vac attached to 4" hose, and the cheapest place to get good quality hose that has some structure with wire reinforcement was ebay.

Not a demanding user by any means, and don't expect anyone else is using a 12 amp leaf blower as the driver to pull in and reduce thickness planer shavings (I use it mostly for cleaning up hand tool shavings because it is big enough to suck up even rigid shavings from a jack plane, and it blasts them into little bits, making them easy to transport and burn or throw away. Continuous use inside would release as much in fines as the old cheap 30 micron bag type, but I don't use it like that. At any rate, shopping for hose by spec and price works much better than going to woodcraft or rockler, etc).

Hose I got, it's the 4" tools I need. Everything goes (or will when done) through the cyclone. I still use the shop-vac but mostly for sanding.

Leaf blower works for the lathe area. Friends know what kind of wood I'm turning from the color of the mulch outside.

But not what I'm looking for in the way of tools. Lots of fittings and and hose, but couldn't find things like a vacuum floor head or nozzle or ducting brush attachments like the stuff that comes with shop vacs.

...but reading through the reviews, there is a lot of bad press for it.

It may be something you want to fabricate with cheap aluminum angle and thin plywood. Just make some quick designs, put them together with some kind of adhesive and see how they work. Make a nice one if you have a design you like.

I find most of the pre-made plastic parts even for the shop vac to leave a lot to be desired.

Now I understand your need, but I'm baffled. There is a reason what you are looking for doesn't exist. The market is thin.

I used shop vac "tools" on the end of my Oneida system without hose collapse. If you have a 3 HP vac single line to a 4' - 2 1/2"floor sweep and the hose collapses, throttle the air flow. The vac motor will be happier and there will be sufficient air flow to pull paint off the floor, well almost. . I would not want to wrangle 4" "tools" on 4" hose. I transition 4 to 2 1/2 hose to get flexibility and still have sufficient air flow to suck up all but nails.

One, newly minted 5hp Clear-Vue collector pulling through a 6" piped system. Shop is 23x39 so one port in the center and a 25' hose will reach most everywhere and thing that's not hard-connected.

What I did....

Was make my own. I have a small shop and a 10' long 4" hose that moves to several different functions. Most tools are permanently connected but the planers

and sanders are not.

I made a wand out of a piece of 4" Sewer and Drain piping, cut off at about a 45 degree angle. The expanded coupling on the end fits nicely over the connector on the end of the hose. Works very well with one exception. I need to make some handles for it. The four inch pipe is just the right size to hurt my hands. (Arthritis?) My wand is about four feet long, but only because that is what I had.

Been envious of all of you who have the fancy store bought accouterments. I think I shall adopt the attitude I have been ahead of the curve all along. Innovative.

Throttle it

a vacuum system motor pulls less power if throttled so throttling is good for the motor if your pipes can handle the vacuum. The solution is to partially close blast gate when hooking to typical clean up tools. If 4" hose is collapsing you have way more flow than needed for bench and floor cleaning.
