That works. My paint/finishes (waterborne) and glue cabinet is about 24 deep, 30 wide, and 34 high (the under portion of a recycled kitchen cabinet). I use a 40~60 watt bulb, and it keeps the cabinet toasty warm.

Consider an old fridge. Well insulated. Welders often use old fridges to keep their welding rod warm & dry.

There are plenty of coolers at the thrift store..or on the curb...or Freecycle. Simple to add the bulb and socket.

That works, but I would just bring my glue into the house when not using it.

Not only do you need the glue to be warm, but I would think any thing you wanted to glue would have to be warm too. If you put a thin film of glue on some cold wood, the glue line is going to chill down fast. I doubt it would adhere well.
If you warm up the shop for the glue up, you should make sure the joint is thoroughly warm and that it stays warm until the glue is fully cured.
