OT-My snowblower upgrade worked!!!

Here in NE Ohio we received our first snow of about 6"+. This spring I disassembled my 2 stage snowblower and repainted the interior. I also added rubber flaps to the impeller. Today first use was very impressive! The wet snow was thrown quite a bit farther and I had no clogging at all.

I'm on the West side of CLE. Sunday when it was 50 degrees I pulled my snow blower out of storage and started it up to make sure it was ready.
It started on the 3rd pull. Ran a minute, sputtered, then died. I pulled the starter rope once to restart and the rope broke. That's my life...

I am down in the Kent area. Currently I am in Knoxville working. I have an electric start on my snowblower, which is really nice. I want to do the same mod to mine when I get it ready in a few weeks. Glad to hear it works in the wet stuff.

My simplicity tossed the 6=8" of heavy wet snow this morning close to 30 feet. No need for rubber flaps.

I've got a 7HP HOnda that inhaled and spit out plumes of snow. It's made snowblowing as much fun as it can be. Adding rubber flaps made it even easier!

Tip for snowblowers and mowing decks. Spray with Armor-All and let dry. It leaves a virtually frictionless surface that very little sticks to.

I have been using PAM. Do you find the Armour All lasts??
