Ok, I rubbed it out, What's next?

I have rubbed out the top of the giant oval oak table.
I used 600 grit sand paper, paraffin oil, and Rottenstone. Looks good.
Now I think I will steel wool the base. (Easier) Which of the nylon pads equals OOOO steel wool? It's finished with urethane. I am reluctant to wax it, because it would get water rings.
And what do I use to do the final clean on the top and legs to get the residue of the paraffin oil and and rottenstone off? Right now its thoroughly wiped with an old Tee shirt.
