Hinge Recommendation?

I have a small job coming up that is a window seat that has walls on either side. Looking for a hinge that will prevent the lid from slamming. I saw one from Rockler but I don't think it will work. The top/seat will have the same thickness material on both sides and the back. So everything is basically on one level/plane.
Hope I am describing it properly.
Thoughts?
