Without getting too deep into this, the main purpose of site security is to encrypt sensitive information that is exchanged between server and browser. We don't ask for or receive or transmit any of this type of information. As I've seen it, perhaps naively, the biggest downside for us is that search engines deprecate sites that don't display HTTPS, or some level of SSL security. It's an issue that I should look into again, but it had nothing to do with our recent posting issues.

Can you possibly share what was the cause of the difficulty? Something that the rest of us who have personal sites might be interested in?
