Undermount hardware part

I'm not familiar with a lot of the undermount hardware these days, we're looking for a replacement rear hanger that broke at work.
It looks like this one:
The guide installed in the picture is a knock off of a standard side mount guide, but ours are a knock off undermount that has a little 1x1 tab at the back that slides in the socket. Pretty sure the cabinet manufacturer used some off brand to avoid paying for name brand stuff, as I've not seen anything quite like it perusing the net on a monday morning.
I think we'll get the site machinist to make up a couple parts tomorrow (that won't break in a few years 
) but I figured I'd see if anyone knew where to get these things first.
