For anyone that has used the Murphy Bed from Rockler how easy is it to raze and lower the bed?

Mine is pretty easy. Probably equivalent to about 20 pounds of pull or lift which my wife can handle easily. I don't think my 8 year old granddaughter is tall enough to get the leverage she needs to do it by herself though. We've been happy with it after 3 years of occasional use.
