Got mine from Rockler. It's the type with hydraulics, not springs.

Built mine 13 years ago. It has held up well. Lowers and raises with one finger.
Tip: These things need fairly thin mattresses, not to overstuffed ones that are so prevalent today. Also a good idea to leave sheets on when closed, but store away thick blankets, etc when closed.
