I'm making a wall mounted quilt rack. What is the name of that small flat plate you put in the back to hang the screw head on? Thanks and Merry Christmas.

These might do the job. but for a heavy quilt it will be easy enough to custom fit your own metal plate,drill and file a slot attach to the wall and space the enough 
keyholes to your studs.
A French cleat with rod and brackets will also work.
