Holy smoke! I read your explanation Bill several times and I'm still not sure I understand it. Oh well. But thanks. In still not sure how this neutral wire protects the operator if its carrying current from the other 2 wires. Its been a long time since I worked in electronics and never did mess with commercial power. But again, thanks.
