Does anyone know if the blade washer next to the arbor is removable? PM customer service tech support in TN. didn't help and couldn't tell me. I've owned the saw since new, I got the nut off, the outer washer off, it was rusted on, the blade was stuck, "rusted on" and I cannot remember if the inner blade washer should come off. All this to make some box joints with a Dato blade. I did spray it with WD40

#2The inner washer which serves to position the blade on the arbor, need not be removed, however, an application of phosphoric acid ("Must-For-Rust" or similar) will do more to break down the rust than WD40. Seems regular maintenance/cleaning of your tools is not part of your woodworking time.
