Lee Valley Contour Plane Mini-Review

I bought this little contour plane from Lee Valley with my last order, $13.95. Sharpened it, and gave it a whirl on some table legs/feet yesterday. What a fantastic little tool! In fact, it worked better than the larger, more expensive LV spokeshave in this application. Never would have expected such great performance from such an inexpensive little tool. Excellent control, fast action, easy to adjust.

(yes, a repair is needed on that mortise surface)
