I obtained an old refrigerator that I use for storing finishes and glues. I drilled a hole through the side into the freezer compartment and another one through into the main compartment. Then I bought a couple of ceramic light bulb fixtures that have pull chains along with appropriate electrical wire and plugs and installed one in each part of the reefer. I have a little 7 watt bulb in the freezer compartment (glues are stored there) and a 40 watt bulb in the main compartment (finishes). I turn them on when it starts to get really cold at night.

This has worked beautifully for the past 10 years or so. You do have to check every couple of days to be sure a bulb has not burned out.
