I was making a couple of handles over lunch today and was thinking about ways to deburr the inside of the ferrule without having to buy a reamer (I have reamers, but maybe not everyone turning just a few will want to buy something.

I realized that a simple buck stainless knife would probably trim brass without damage if it got a heavy dose of the uni. This is just 420hc, which is very simple and fine grained, but it can't hold a fine apex.

No issues trimming brass aside from needing a light touch up every half dozen or dozen.
