I can't get a picture of how something as small as a chisel handle could warp to any significant degree, especially something round. By warped I suppose you mean bent out of shape because they were made wet and dried, and shrunk differentially?

The only way to straighten dry wood is to "plasticize" the wood either chemically or by heat and steam. Seems impractical for a chisel handle. You are left with removing wood to make a new shape.

What brand of chisels warped?
